I believe therapy is a collaboration. I emphasize the importance of meeting clients where they are at and guiding them to where they would like to be. I want to empower my clients and advocate for them throughout the therapeutic process. At the end of the day, I feel that each person is the expert on their own self, and at different seasons in our lives, we all need extra support and validation.
