I am a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming therapist specializing in children, adolescents, neurodivergent adults, and families involved in foster care or adoption. I help clients be seen and valued, recognize strengths, build confidence, and understand their disabilities as part of their identity. I have experience supporting Autism and developmental differences, focusing on emotion regulation, sensory processing, and coping skills, with therapy adapted to each client’s communication, cognitive, and sensory needs. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients move at their own pace and be their authentic selves. I use clients’ interests to build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and social skills. I am passionate about helping children through adoption, placement, or school transitions, fostering resilience, strong relationships, and lasting skills.
