Therapy is about meeting you where you're at. If we're working together and something changes in your goals or priorities, I want to be able to change with you to meet those needs. We can have goal-focused, structured sessions, or talk-therapy for decompression, or any combination. Your job is to be here and be genuine, and mine is to support your behavioral and emotional needs through professional skills and methods.
