Hi there! I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are with no pressure to have it all together. Whether you’re walking through trauma, anxiety, or challenges in relationships I believe you have the capacity to heal and grow and I’d love to support you on that journey. I specialize in trauma and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, using bilateral stimulation (like EMDR does) to quickly process traumatic or distressing memories without having to verbalize any of the details. My approach is also informed by IFS, meaning our work together is built around your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
