I am experienced in working with a range of challenges including anxiety, OCD, family concerns, trauma, grief, and life transitions like starting or leaving college, job or career changes, etc. I find it particularly rewarding working with those with obsessions and compulsions, as well as those who have experienced sexual abuse or assault and are working to recover and thrive. I see clients in-person in Athens, GA or virtually across the State of Georgia. I offer individual counseling services to adults (18+). I see clients from 9-5 M-Th, 9-1 F. View 4 Photos I tailor my counseling services to each person's individual needs, but tend to pull from a few specific counseling approaches, including, but not limited to: Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
