About
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 35 yrs experience. I graduated from Boston College with a master's degree in counseling psychology. I have worked in a variety of settings including working in community mental health with adults and children as well as inpatient hospitals and DCF assessments. I believe in empowering clients with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve a productive and fulfilling life. In our first session together, we will discuss the process of therapy, the issues bringing you to therapy, explore your present coping strategies and begin discussing treatment goals.
