Listening is an art and to be heard can be transformative. The basis of my specialization is to provide a warm, open space, grounded in psychological theory. My approach allows the client an opportunity to be heard, better understand themselves, develop needed change, and to create an ability to not just grow, but thrive through dynamic collaboration and inspired insight. The way that I work, or my personal theoretical orientation and training, draws from a combination of CBT, psychodynamic and systems models. My clinical work follows a developmental model, which adjusts for and to the level of experience of the client.
