I collaborate with clients (either teens or adults) who are motivated to find solutions to their problems, although they may be in considerable emotional pain dealing with depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. We look inside together to find the sources of problems, encouraging a willingness to participate actively in the therapeutic process and to tackle the changes they may need to make to promote more joyous and successful lives. Given the privacy of the consulting room, they are willing to be as honest and open about their struggles as possible to maximize the benefit of therapy.
