My name is Elizabeth Truax and I go by Leanne. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in central Arkansas. My approach to therapy is person-centered and focused on providing my clients with the support, care, and tools needed to find relief from emotional pain. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, as well as communication and relationship issues. I firmly believe therapy can help everyone. Sometimes life gets messy. Sometimes our lives take turns we never expected. This can cause us to feel unequipped to cope with the resulting painful emotions.
