As a therapist, I believe that healing and growth happen through understanding, compassion, and connection. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and discover a deeper sense of clarity and self-acceptance. Through gentle reflection and steady support, counseling can help you strengthen communication, create healthy boundaries, and find new ways to manage emotions that may feel distressing or overwhelming. My therapeutic approach is integrative, using humanistic, psychodynamic, feminist, attachment, and systems perspectives to understand your experiences within the context of your relationships, background, and environment. I also use trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral strategies to make sure our work together is both meaningful, practical, and grounded.
