Starting therapy is one of the hardest things one can do. When a person decides to begin therapy they are often at a point where they know something in their life needs to change, but are not sure where to begin. Departing from what is familiar can be scary. I understand how difficult making changes can be, and recognize how stressful it is to begin work with a new therapist.
