I’m here to support individuals who feel stuck in old cycles, are rebuilding after difficult transitions, or are learning to reconnect with themselves through relational and strengths-based healing. My ideal client is someone who is curious about their inner world, open to reflection, and seeking a space where their thoughts, feelings, emotions and lived experiences can be explored and better understood. I work from a client-centered and strengths-based approach, helping individuals connect to their own resilience and inner wisdom. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore, heal, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
