I work with people who look like they’re “functioning” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck inside. I believe therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it’s a space to tune out the noise, feel supported, & start making sense of things. Sometimes, we just need someone to help untangle the mess and walk through it with us.
