Becoming a mother was never meant to be this hard. If you are struggling with infertility, experiencing the heartbreak of pregnancy loss, or adjusting to the overwhelming experience of pregnancy or being a new mom, you don’t have to do it alone. As a specialist in infertility and perinatal mental health, I understand trying to conceive, the emotional roller coaster of fertility treatments or having a miscarriage can be lonely and filled with grief and doubt. Similarly, the transition to parenthood can be consumed with fear, sadness, and anger. I won't tell you to relax, not worry, at least you can get pregnant or to enjoy these precious moments. I will sit with you in disappointment if you get bad news and celebrate every single win. I will offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood while we try to make this chapter a little easier.
