About

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults in the areas of mood, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, and ADHD. I especially enjoy working with older teens transitioning into more independent functioning, play therapy with younger children, and supporting and guiding parents to better manage parenting challenges. I strive to create a welcoming, warm, and accepting therapeutic setting. I work to build on clients' unique strengths while also helping them to gain a better understanding and ability to manage patterns of thought and behavior that contribute to current concerns and difficulties.
