My name is Elizabeth Watkins and I am a LCSW serving in the state of Florida in the field of Social Work for almost 20 years. I believe in a supportive approach to therapy and value the individual's experiences and input into their treatment plan. I view every client with empathy and altruism with an emphasis on collaborative and compassionate care. Therapeutic interventions most commonly implemented include SFT, CBT, Brief task-oriented therapy, MI, Grief and Bereavement, Family systems, Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving, Existential Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness.
