You, or a loved one, are looking for a space to feel heard, safe, supported and understood. My specialty focuses around supporting each person's unique identities & lived experiences; specifically those who may consider themselves or have been called “sensitive”. This sensitivity may be due to battling anxiety, chronically illness, neurodivergence and/or burnout. Feeling frequently misunderstood or "too much" is exhausting. As a fellow "sensitive" neurodivergent with my own chronic illness, I aim to empower individuals to discover their inner strengths, gain self-acceptance all while improving their mental health and relationships.
