I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring sessions to the unique needs and personality of each client. I value treating the whole person and work to develop a trusting relationship where my clients feel safe, experience grace, know they are heard, and where clients can be honest with themselves as they work through their concerns and seek to reach their treatment goals. I am passionate about people in all stages of life and joining them in their journey from places of hurt and moving towards healing and growth. I am EMDR trained and a TBRI Practitioner.
