Coming into therapy can be an exciting, overwhelming, and intense experience. My goal as your counselor is to work with you to identify your inner strength to support growth and healing. In counseling together, you are the driver and I am along to support you throughout your journey to support a healthier you. I will work with you to identify belief systems, explore emotional learning, work through trauma, and build skills. I utilize and tailor evidence-based techniques each unique individual need. I specialize in complex trauma (CPTSD) and attachment trauma.
