Hi, I’m so happy you’re here. Life takes a village, especially in times of struggle. If you are someone who is going through life changes or struggles with things such as childhood trauma, PTSD, depression or anxiety, I would love the opportunity to help you. I work mostly with individuals who struggle with areas such as parenting, divorce, trauma, self worth concerns and relationship/attachment issues. If you are looking for a therapist to validate you while also helping you hold yourself accountable, I may be the right fit for you. I utilize EMDR, CBT and DBT skills to help get unstuck and move forward. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, or depression, we can work together by building coping skills, understanding your thought/emotions, and breaking unhealthy patterns. I offer a relational approach to therapy where I can be your biggest support, while helping you improve on areas you want to. I also use EMDR to help you process through trauma.
