I am a creative therapist that brings many different styles to the table. I value the uniqueness of each person, knowing that they have a different path. It is important for me to understand your path, meet you where you are and journey with you through your identified goals, personal growth, development and challenges. I create an environment that is supportive and allows you to feel that you can open up about feelings, reactions, and situations that you want to address. It is important to develop a plan to address goals in therapy sessions, and I do that by valuing the relationship we form together. I offer in-person group sessions for children and adolescents, in-person individual counseling for clients, and offer telehealth therapy for individual counseling.
