While I don’t diagnose or work with clinical issues such as anxiety or depression, I focus on: Addressing relationship issues (romantic, family, or friendships). Reconnecting with and understanding your authentic self and Challenging self-sabotaging behaviors like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and other negative patterns. Sessions are $125 for 45 minutes, and I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs further.
