My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe—a space where all parts of you are welcome. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and the many challenges life can bring. I take a strength-based, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, always centering the work around you and your unique story.
