About
English | 한국어 What does it feel like to take up space? Space can be how loud your voice is or how tall you are. But what about emotional space, in relationships, at work, and in yourself? Maybe you’re the one others rely on, or hold things to yourself because it feels overwhelming to share. It might feel like it's hard to belong in a room. Alongside facilitating group IOP/PHP group & art therapy, I work well with teens and adults, 1st/2nd gen. immigrants, transnational or multicultural individuals, identity or belonging, burn out, trauma, those that enjoy creating, and neurodivergence (ex. ADHD, autism). Art therapy helps clients have fun, explore therapy visually and somatically, and find patterns and symbolic meaning. Making art is one of the most literal and radical ways of taking up space, and I like to bring that into the therapy room. You are welcome to try out art therapy (materials are provided, no experience needed), or use talk therapy.
