I help people reconnect with themselves and the people they love—especially when life starts to feel overwhelming or out of balance. My clients are individuals who shows up for everyone but themselves. They are often the caregivers, the dependable ones, the emotionally attuned partners or parents who carry a quiet weight of exhaustion, resentment, or self-doubt. On the outside, they appear “fine”—high-functioning, responsible, perhaps even admired. But internally, they’re overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of who they are beyond their roles.
