My practice is rooted in my belief in the resilience of the human spirit, and my passion for supporting my clients in the process of healing and growth. As an emotionally focused therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families, and integrate a variety of treatment modalities tailored to my clients' individual needs. Among the issues I commonly work with are anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and loss. The choice to begin therapy is an act of courage and hope.
