I support teens and adults navigating grief, processing trauma, exploring identity, and building meaningful relationships. I imagine you're here because you feel stuck and have a sense that your life could be different. I work with you to create a space where you feel understood and cared for on the path to self-understanding. I bring a calm presence, compassion, and humor to our time together and find true joy in my work- I believe this is felt by the people who choose to work with me. I have experience and enjoy working with queer people, recent college grads, folks who have been involved with systems like foster care.
