I am Ella Bradford, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 33 years of experience. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, anger management, stress, and other life challenges in adults and seniors. I utilize client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my work. I believe that change is a natural part of the life cycle, and I am confident in my ability to support and assist you in finding the motivation to improve your mental health and overall well-being.
