I help my clients explore how past experiences, attachment, and deep-rooted core beliefs shape their emotional lives and relationships today. I aim to create a safe and supportive space that is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered, and culturally responsive approach, where clients feel seen, supported and empowered to grow.
