I enjoy working with newly engaged couples, newlyweds, and step-parents as they navigate life’s exciting transitions. I support them in adapting to new family dynamics and building the foundation required for healthy relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and forgiveness. In addition to working with couples and families, I also help women do the inner work needed to cultivate lasting, fulfilling relationships, as well as support those re-entering the workforce after time at home. My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to grow and thrive.
