My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to easily connect with others and allow them to feel seen and understood. I feel privileged to sit with my clients as they explore their inner world and feelings. I work primarily with individuals, couples and families, and bring empathy and understanding for a wide variety of concerns to my therapeutic space. Theoretical orientations include existentialism, person-centered, narrative therapy, and CBT, as well as others as needed to best tailor treatment to each client. With my couples clients, I utilize Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy methods. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationships, parenting issues, postpartum, generational trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQ+.
