Research shows that the most impactful therapy sessions are not rooted in one specific type of therapeutic intervention, but instead the rapport you are able to build with your therapist- do you feel understood, validated, and safe to be yourself. I work with both children and adults struggling with various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation, relationship or parenting challenges, identity exploration, and school disruptions. Healing, while rarely linear, does not have to be isolating and my hope is that together we can create a relational space to address each complex life circumstance.
