Hi there! My name is Elle, and I am a queer, first-generation Filipina-American therapist. I am passionate about working with clients from all walks of life, including individuals from BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ communities. Growing up within both Asian and American cultures, I understand the complexities of navigating identity while seeking a deeper self-understanding, especially when feeling lost. I believe these experiences helped shape my understanding of the challenges that many people face when questioning life’s meaning and purpose.
