Hi, I’m Elle! I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step toward healing. I work with individuals who are carrying unresolved trauma and experiencing the impact of PTSD or complex PTSD. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns that affect their relationships, weighed down by emotions that feel too big for the moment, or living with a constant sense of unease. Together, we focus on reprocessing the root trauma, reshaping how they view themselves, learning to regulate nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze, and fawn), and building confidence in recognizing and navigating their triggers.
