I have years of professional training and experience in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have a relational/interpersonal approach, focusing on reducing suffering and expanding ways of thinking and feeling. I believe in discovering your own way of living, true to your own values and goals. At the same time, I play an active role in sharing my observations, drawing your attention to things you might have missed, and at times challenging assumptions and ways of being if they are self defeating.
