As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work collaboratively with my clients to support them in their individual process of self-exploration and healing. Counseling offers an opportunity to take a step back and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. It is an active process where past and present life experiences can be discussed, choices can be evaluated, and skills can be learned and practiced. I believe a positive counseling relationship is critical for progress and growth.
