My name is Ellen Mazer and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in working with young and mature adults with a history of trauma as well as those dealing with major life adjustments. I employ a combination of modalities including psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and creative trauma informed interventions. In our first few sessions I will strive to create a therapeutic rapport by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space us to lay the groundwork for your therapy. I am an active participant in sessions by asking questions and interpreting patterns in behaviors and relationships.
