Most people call me Elle. My approach is eclectic as I utilize multiple approaches based on my client's individual needs. I prefer to work with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. addiction or relational issues primarily. LCSW. I utilize a variety of approaches based on client needs and every one is unique. Some of those include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, trauma-focused approaches, Jungian analysis, motivational interviewing, Gestalt, CPT, Inner Child work, and various approaches to addiction issues. I strive to assist my clients find their individual truth.
