I am a therapist that has been in private for over 20 years working with children teens and adults. I enjoy working with a variety of problem areas and helping people live a healthier life. I enjoy teaching communication skills and helping people set boundaries with others. I take a client where they are and focus on what they would like to change. I plan on getting full history of a client including setting goals. I empower and encourage people to be the best form of themselves. I teach strategies and coping skills to one’s everyday life. I want to set realistic achievable goals and encourage you to grow with yourself and others
