My clients often feel unsure of how to identify emotions and what to do with them. If you want to better understand how past trauma and beliefs show up in your reactions to the world, I can help you move forward with greater mind-body awareness. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and addiction. I know that reaching out for support can be very hard, especially when you feel stuck- and I commit to meeting you in a non-judgmental, warm and transparent space. I use interventions such as EMDR, DBT, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and somatic work with clients. I am a Cordico First Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician.
