My name is Ellen. I’m so glad that you’re here. I work with individuals and couples. I work with clients in the following areas: addiction, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, life adjustments, and relationship therapy. I received a Master's degree in counseling and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps individuals to reprocess trauma and heal.
