When working with clients, I focus on decreasing any shame or guilt you may have from past trauma, mental health issues or just from life being temporarily out of control. My goal as a therapist is to help you be able to love yourself, trust your instincts and be able to feel confident in the decisions you make for yourself. In addition, I work a lot of with clients on finding the patterns in their life that make the feel stuck and learning how to stop these patterns from continuing to occur. I currently have experience working with individuals who are experience working with couples and individuals.
