In today’s world, engaging in therapy can be a radical act of self-love. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel comfortable accessing their vulnerabilities, exploring their identities, working through trauma, and healing childhood wounds. I use curiosity and compassion to identify behavioral patterns, negative self-talk, or anxieties that often keep us feeling stuck, dissatisfied, or depressed.
