I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with all manner of life issues. They may be feeling stuck and developing symptoms of stress, such as anxiety or depression which are beginning to affect their everyday performance. They want to talk things over with a therapist whom they feel comfortable with and can trust. This safe and trusting relationship is the foundation of our work together. It is healing in and of itself. The techniques I use come from a broad range of specialities. The past is relevant in how it affects the present and future.
