I am licensed marriage and family therapist in New Jersey and New York, and the owner of Thrive Counseling Center, LLC in Old Bridge, NJ. I provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families experiencing a crisis and/ or life transition of some sort. Generally, clients seek my services when they have experienced something traumatic and need to figure out next steps, and heal, or when life just can't stay the same anymore.
