My areas of expertise are the treatment of anxiety, depression and relationship issues in adults. I particularly enjoy counseling millennials. As a warm and understanding therapist, I have successfully worked with clients with a wide variety of life problems to help them decrease distress and lead fuller lives. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy, using a combination of cognitive behavioral and insight oriented techniques. I am the author of "Bouncing Back: How Women Lose & Find Themselves in Marriage & Divorce.
