I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in outpatient and school-based settings. I provide individual therapy to a diverse population, with ages ranging from 4-years-old through adulthood. I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and is trained in EMDR. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational problems within families, anger management, conflict resolution, and identity development, among other problems. I am also passionate about helping individuals through periods of transition related to age, identity, relationships, or other changes.
