I believe that human growth occurs in a relational context, and we all have the ability to envision a better life and create our own solutions. To me, counseling is a collaborative process in which clients and I join to discover possibilities, set achievable goals, and follow the chosen path together. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their challenges, gain insight into underlying needs, consider effective ways to meet those needs, and acquire whatever tools they need to strengthen important relationships.
