I work with anyone who is experiencing a wide range of social and emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, phobias, family and life transitions and friendships. I provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy and parent coaching in a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment in order to address your unique needs and concerns. In addition, I provide support, guidance, and strategies in promoting better channels of communication. I enjoy working collaboratively with families to find unique ways to help your children or yourselves to progress and heal.
