And you don't have to. I’m a laid-back therapist who believes being human matters just as much as being skilled. I show up as myself—genuine, grounded, and occasionally funny—because healing doesn’t have to be stiff or overly clinical. My approach is direct and I won’t sugarcoat things, but I’ll always meet you with honesty, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and show up as you are. With various experience, my specialties include substance use, trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, interpersonal/relationship issues, self-esteem, and addictive behavior.
